So, just a few minutes ago, I was trying to access my online banking. I put in the card number and the proper password, but for more security it asked me one of the secret questions. Fair enough... but thing thing I didn't know was that the answer was case-sensitive.

That in my opinion is bad.. because when you set the answer to the questions 2 years ago, do you really remember whether you had said "soccer" or "Soccer" (that is not the answer to my favourite sport question btw - :D)

It kicked me out and asked me to try again.. Fine, it asked me the same security question again, but this time it locked me out.

Now to unlock my online banking, I have to call the 1-800 number. They try to verify my identity by asking me my balance - do you see a problem here.

I was trying to access my online banking to do exactly that. So since I failed to answer the questions correctly, I can't access my online banking or verify my identity over the phone.

So now I have to go into a branch personally to fix this issue.

This is one case when too much security is a pain in the butt.
